Dr. Henry J. Tagle

Education: 

  • Masters of Science degree in dentistry with Endodontic certificate earned through Saint Louis University 
  • General Practice Residency certificate appointed by Indiana University 
  • D.M.D Degree awarded by Southern Illinois University 
  • B.S. in Biology and Minor in Chemistry completed at UNLV

Experience: 

  • Dr. Henry J. Tagle has worked in dental settings for an impressive twenty years which has provided him with valuable experience. Since 2005, Dr. Tagle has been the owner of a private practice office providing surgical and nonsurgical endodontic treatment. Prior to 2005, Dr. Tagle has provided dental care to patients within hospital, private practice and graduate school settings. Dr. Tagle also played Minor League Baseball.   

Personal:

  • Dr. Tagle enjoys spending the majority of his free time with his wife, four sons and cute little dog Max. He also enjoys many activities such as hiking, traveling, and attending his sons sporting events. Dr. Tagle is a huge Arizona Cardinals fan and loves to cheer on his team.

Dr. Alaina P. Leiendecker

Education: 

  • Designated Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics in 2015
  • Endodontic Degree appointed by the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2012
  • D.M.D. degree awarded by the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2010
  • Omicron Kappa Upsilon member, a dental honors society awarded to the top 20% of the graduating class
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry completed at Lee University, Summa Cum Laude, in 2004

Experience: 

  • Dr. Alaina P. Leiendecker has worked in private practice at Flagstaff Endodontics since 2012. She joined as an associate and in 2015 became a partner of the practice with Dr. Tagle. She practices the non-surgical and surgical aspects of root canal therapy. She participates in Arizona Mission of Mercy North as an endodontic lead. She has also contributed to the Journal of Endodontics (JOE) as a reviewer.

Personal:

  • Dr. Leiendecker and her husband are parents of funny and sweet identical twin girls. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her family, traveling, singing, and playing piano. They are also members of Grace Community Church.
